Inspiring visitors for more than 90 years. A lovely sweet with an luxurious fusion of flavors to enjoy alone or with your favorite hot chocolate. Inspired by the decadent style of an Italian hot chocolate, this plain recipe will present you an indulgent winter treat in less than five minutes. The encourage family began Bridestowe Estate with their first planting of pure lavender at North Lily dale, just a brief distance from Bridestowe’s vogue farm. Innovative farming techniques spread from Bridestowe around the world. They took on the challenge of restoring the farm to agricultural excellence as well as reinvigorating visitors’ experiences. Guests wander through the purple fields, chat over local delicacies in the onside ca and indulge in a gift or two made with the choice lavender oil in the world. Northern Tasmania is filled with many other spontaneous attractions and wealthy cultural heritage for you to explore. We are a working farm, so we’re ambitious throughout the year with planting, pruning and making our famous Bridestowe Lavender Estate products. We are ambitious harvesting our flowers nearly every day (weather permitting) and distilling our immaculate Bridestowe lavender oil. See the pure purple buds baking in the sun, watch distillation in action, and unite our apiarist as they harvest the finest lavender flower honey. Audiovisual presentations in the center also tell the story of Bridestowe’s wealthy cultural and agricultural history. The distillation process hasn’t changed too much since the farm beginning opened, although we’ve improved its energy and water efficiency. Tasmania is a beautiful state filled with a unique heritage and colorful history. One of our favorite specials to make on the farm, the.
